Cloud And Sun DJ Services Weekly Blog

Hi And Welcome to my regular blog. I will try and keep it humorous which may mean mildly colourful language at times. I hope you enjoy it and won't be offended. In order to protect the guilty; no Customers will be mentioned by name unless it's complementary and even then I may opt for anonymity. This is only because I wanted to impress you by putting in the word "anonymity."  If I can think of any other slightly more pointless and annoying rules, I will let you know in due course.

» Listings for January 2013

  1. Hi All.

Well here we go. 2013 is well and truly under way. The diary is starting to fill up steadily now that folks have gotten over Christmas so the paperwork is moving again. Ive been updating my listings so it should be even easier to find me now.

I'm living right in the middle of Littlehampton so it feels like I'm really working away alongside every other business in town. A strange sense of camaraderie with poeple I don't really know.. A bit different to sitting at the desk in a flat in a residential street somewhere. Seems like I've got the best of both worlds now. It's a long time since I've been able to pop outside the front door and be right in the town centre. Run out of staples? No problem. Need a pasty?/toilet cleaner? (those two aren't connected) Don't even need to turn off the TV. Ive got Sainsburies and Waitrose within 100 yards! I'm starting to go all cosmopolitan, buying only what I need to eat for a day or two. Safe in the knowledge that I'll just miss supermarket closing time by one last minute for that all important dinner food purchase. Oh well never mind. there's still the fish and chip shop 50 yards away for dire emergencies..

The only trouble with this time of year is it's so quiet. I can't wait to get down and dirty on the decks and get those asses shaking again! Worse than usual since I took my "sabatical" last year. I should have more going on now in your usual year. Aaah well. that's what you get for helping others for four months. Can't say I regret that part. But I'm back for good as Gary barlow would say.

Here's an interesting and quick observation as I sit here at my keyboard:

Hi all. Nothing much to say about discos right now but I saw this and thought you'd like it:

PS. Lots of great looking films out this year. Can't wait!

    Happy new year!

    Knowledge gained from the movies

    1) During all police investigations, it will be necessary to visit a strip club at least once.

    2) All grocery shopping bags contain at least one stick of French bread.

    3) The Eiffel Tower can be seen from any window in Paris.

    4) Even when driving down a perfectly straight road, it is necessary to turn the steering wheel vigorously from left to right every few moments.

    5) When you turn out the light to go to bed, everything in your bedroom still still be clearly visible, just slightly bluish.
All beds have special L-shaped cover sheets that reach up to the armpit level on a woman but only to waist level on the man lying beside her.

    6) Should you decide to defuse a bomb, don't worry which wire to cut. You will always choose the right one.

    7) It does not matter if you are heavily outnumbered in a fight involving martial arts-your enemies will wait patiently to attack you one by one by dancing around in a threatening manner until you have knocked out their predecessors.

A man will show no pain while taking the most ferocious beating but will wince when a woman tries to clean his wounds.
